The property boasts a fully fenced yard, a 100-foot dock, and a dedicated fish cleaning station. To make the most of the island lifestyle, the home provides 4 bikes, 3 kayaks, and a paddleboard for guest use, all stored in a garage that also includes a bait freezer and refrigerator.

Centrally located in Marathon, everything you need is within reach. Sombrero Beach is just half a mile away, accessible via a short drive or a scenic trip along the wide bike path. Grocery stores like Publix and Winn Dixie are only two minutes away, and most local restaurants are within a 10-minute drive.
