Your lakefront sanctuary sits just over 3 miles from Branson's vibrant entertainment district, placing you within easy reach of world-class theaters, live shows, and the renowned Silver Dollar City theme park. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate proximity to Moonshine Beach, Table Rock Dam, hiking trails, and multiple lake access points. Please note important booking requirements: guests must be 25+ years old, and a signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking. A $200 security deposit hold applies. Pet owners pay $55 per dog per stay (maximum two dogs), with separate payment required, and dogs must be kenneled when unattended. Strictly no smoking policy enforced with $200 additional cleaning fee for violations. Check-in begins at 4pm, check-out by 10am. Travel insurance is recommended as no refunds are available for weather, illness, or circumstances beyond our control. Additional supplies may be needed based on group size and stay duration.
