Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, the cottage features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the second bedroom and a Queen bed in the first, providing super comfortable furnishings for a relaxing stay.

Inside, you will find a bright and spacious sitting area with a plush sofa, perfect for hanging out. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a high-top table with two stools, while a stylish dining table with four chairs offers a great spot for meals or laptop work. One of the most memorable features is the whimsical spiral staircase leading to a private movie loft, complete with a projector and cozy electric reclining sofas. For added convenience, the home includes a stacked washer and dryer. Step outside to the lovely rear patio, where you can enjoy a relaxing fountain, outdoor seating, and a gas BBQ grill within a fully fenced backyard.

House Rules & Policies:

• Minimum age to book: 25 years old
• Pets are not allowed
• No smoking (tobacco or cannabis) inside or near open windows; no recreational drugs (Penalty: $300)
• No parties, events, or illegal activity
• No loud music after 10 PM; please respect neighbors
• No overnight guests beyond those on the reservation
• A security deposit and signed Rental Agreement may be required
• Mandatory mid-stay maintenance checks every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days
• Baby equipment is available for an additional fee
