Designed for comfort and efficiency, this ground-floor studio-style apartment accommodates up to 3 guests. The layout features one bedroom with a single queen bed dressed in fresh linens, along with one bathroom featuring a single vanity and a shower/tub combination. For those working remotely, a dedicated workspace is conveniently located at the foot of the bed.

While the historic character of the home includes low ceilings, the interior is high in functionality. Guests will find a living area equipped with a comfortable sofa, a sitting chair, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The small yet fully equipped kitchen includes a full appliance package, pots, pans, dishware, and cooking utensils. Additional conveniences include ample closet space on either side of the TV and a shared courtyard that provides a calming outdoor experience. Guests also have free access to a washer/dryer room located through the doors at the back of the courtyard.

Located on the west side of the Historic District just north of Forsyth Park, the apartment is perfectly positioned for exploration. You are just a minute's walk from local favorites like Savannah Coffee Roasters and Crystal Beer Parlor. A short stroll leads to the river walk and renowned dining such as The Olde Pink House and The Lady & Sons. The famed City Market is a 14-minute walk away, while the American Prohibition Museum and Telfair Museums are just minutes from your door. Navigating the city is effortless with the free DOT trolley just a minute's walk away or via "The Downtowner" app.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Up to one dog maximum (no cats). A $100 fee applies, paid separately before check-in. Proof of flea treatment is required; no untrained puppies.
• Parking: Free parking is available directly outside from 5:00 PM Friday to 8:00 AM Monday; paid parking is available otherwise.
• Rules: No parties, no smoking on or near the property, and no illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on site.
