This spacious retreat features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The main level welcomes you into a family room equipped with a 65” Smart TV. This floor includes a King Bedroom and a bunk room that sleeps four, with a shared hall bathroom featuring a combo tub and shower. For ultimate convenience, the main level also provides a washer and dryer, a nice size storage area, and an outdoor shower to wash off sandy toes before heading inside.

Access to the upper level is available via a spiral staircase or a wider outdoor staircase. The second floor offers another family room with a 65” Smart TV and a nicely equipped kitchen featuring a Keurig Duo drip and single serve coffee maker, two barstools, and a dining table that seats 8 guests. The upper sleeping quarters consist of a King Bedroom and a Queen Bedroom, served by a shared hall bathroom with a combo tub and shower.

Situated on East Beach, the property is nestled in a quant neighborhood of single-family homes on the ocean side of St. Simons Island. This charming area stretches from the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip—which houses the World War II Home Front Museum—down to the southern point of Gould's Inlet.
