• Primary guest must be 21+ with an adult over 21 present during the stay
• No smoking of any kind (violations result in a $200 fine)
• No food or drink in bedrooms, except for closed water bottles
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No unauthorized parties or events
• Parking tags must be displayed in the window at all times; failure to return the tag at checkout results in a $100 fee
