• House Rules: No pets allowed. No smoking (violations result in a $200 fine). No food or drink in bedrooms, except closed water bottles. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
• Policies: Unauthorized parties or illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. All reservations must complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program (verification and rental agreement) before arrival.
• Additional Fees: Late check-outs or early arrivals are not guaranteed and incur fees ($100 for 1-2 hours; $200 for 2-3 hours). A 3.9% processing fee applies to refunds per Stripe policy.
