MINIMUM AGE to book is 21. THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay. UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right through Airbnb to charge an additional fee. NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. QUIET HOURS: 9pm-8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or décor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in. NO PETS: No pets are allowed on property at any time. No exceptions. LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr. NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. SECURITY CAMERA: The home has active exterior security cameras installed including at the front of the home and facing the pool area/equipment. No private areas can be seen and no interior cameras. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to cameras may result in reservation being cancelled and guests requested to vacate the premises. DAMAGE: In addition to the security deposit, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. CHILDREN: While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. CHECKOUT PROCEDURES must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.
