Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: One spot provided in the back lot for small vehicles only (large SUVs and trucks will not fit). A parking tag must be displayed at all times; failure to return the tag at checkout results in a $100 fee.
• Guest Requirements: Primary guest must be 21+ with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed. No smoking of any kind ($200 fine). No food or drink in bedrooms, except closed water bottles.
• Policies: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Unauthorized parties and illegal activities result in immediate eviction.
• Fees: Early arrivals or late check-outs (subject to approval) range from $100 to $200. A 3.9% processing fee applies to refunds.
• Protection Program: All guests must complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program, including verification and a signed rental agreement, choosing between a damage waiver or a security deposit.
