Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. One parking spot is provided in the back lot for small vehicles only; oversized SUVs and trucks must use street or public parking. A parking tag must be displayed at all times, and failure to return it at checkout results in a $100 fee.

Strict house rules apply: no pets and no smoking (violators face a $200 fine). The primary guest must be 21 or older. No food or drink is permitted in bedrooms, except for closed water bottles. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Unauthorized parties or illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. All guests must complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program, including verification and a signed rental agreement, prior to arrival. Late check-outs or early arrivals may be requested for a fee ranging from $100 to $200, subject to availability.
