• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Limit of 2 vehicles; campers, trailers, and boats are not allowed
• Pets: Not allowed
• Smoking: Prohibited inside the home, on porches, patios, decks, or anywhere on the property
• Events: No parties or events permitted; no overnight guests beyond the original booking group
• Age Requirements: Guests must be 25+ to book. For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be 30+ or children accompanied by parents; no student groups are permitted
• Disclosure: Please note the home next door is under construction. The property manager is not responsible for adjacent construction noise or inconveniences, and no refunds will be provided for these factors.
