To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please adhere to the following practical information and house rules:

• Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
• Maximum occupancy is strictly 8 registered guests per city code; exceeding this limit without prior written consent may lead to reservation cancellation or immediate removal.
• No parties of any kind or organized events are permitted.
• Parking is prohibited on neighborhood streets due to narrow roads. Guests must park in the driveway or the gravel area next to the garage, with a maximum limit of 3 regular-sized vehicles.
• Pets are welcome with a $200 pet fee, which covers either 1 large breed dog (up to 90 lbs) or 2 small breed dogs (up to 45 lbs each). Additional pets require prior approval.
• Pets must be kept off all furniture and bedding, and all pet waste must be bagged and disposed of outside.
