The cottage features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. Bedroom 1 (Primary) is furnished with a Queen bed, Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed, and Bedroom 3 features a Full bed. The primary bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi — ideal for remote work or planning your next adventure.

The Cayce Cottage sits on a wooded lot, giving you a sense of seclusion while keeping you just minutes from everything. West Columbia is about 7 minutes away, Downtown Columbia and USC are roughly 10 minutes out, and Williams-Brice Stadium is a quick 12-minute drive. Lexington Medical Center is also 12 minutes away. Riverbanks Zoo is reachable in about 14 minutes, Fort Jackson in 20, Lake Murray in 25, and Congaree National Park in approximately 26 minutes. CAE Airport is just 9 minutes from the front door.

A few things to keep in mind: The private pool is open seasonally from mid-May through October and is not heated. During summer, the pool is serviced twice weekly (Tuesdays and Fridays, weather permitting). Please shower before entering the pool. During pollen season, fall, or periods of inclement weather, some debris may accumulate between cleanings. The property is on a wooded lot — expect to see wildlife including birds, lizards, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are performed inside and out, but keeping doors and windows closed helps prevent any unwanted visitors. Pets are not allowed. Upon booking confirmation, you'll receive a digital "boarding pass" with guidebooks, property-specific details, check-in instructions, parking info, and more — shareable with your entire group.

Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
