The third floor houses the sleeping quarters: a master bedroom suite boasting a King bed, a picture window overlooking the ocean, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a guest bedroom with 2 Twin beds and a full guest bathroom. For additional sleeping capacity, a pull-out couch is available in the living room.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that there is no elevator; stairs are required to access the entrance and bedrooms. A non-refundable incidentals fee of $99 is charged in lieu of a traditional security deposit. Guests must be 21 or older to book. No pets, smoking/vaping inside, or illegal drugs are permitted. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A virtual rental agreement is required upon booking.
