While this unit is located on the first floor, guests should note that a few steep steps are required to reach the entry door. For your convenience, the property provides designated parking for one compact vehicle, with additional free parking available on the public street.

With hundreds of restaurants and shops within two miles, the best of downtown Savannah is at your fingertips. As a traditional vacation rental, we provide basic cooking and serving utensils, a 12-cup drip coffee maker, dish soap, toilet paper, bathroom soap, bed sheets, and one bath towel per guest. Please bring your own ground coffee, laundry detergent, and beach gear. Note that bath towels must remain inside the home. Due to the local environment, palmetto bugs and sugar ants can occasionally appear; we maintain strict perimeter controls, but guests are encouraged to keep snacks in airtight containers and dispose of trash in outdoor bins promptly. To protect our historic plumbing, please do not flush "flushable" wipes or other products that may cause clogs.
