Discover the wonderful escape of Horse Valley Lodge, a newly renovated and updated two-story retreat nestled between Boone and Blowing Rock, North Carolina. Perfectly positioned near the Yonahlossee Riding Stables, this home serves as a stunning sanctuary for those looking to experience the beauty of the mountains.

Designed for groups and families, the lodge accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels. The main floor features a primary suite with a queen bed, deck access, and a private bathroom with a granite counter vanity. Also on the main level is a second queen bedroom and a unique children's room featuring a twin-over-full bunk and a teepee. The lower level provides two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with a set of twin-over-full bunk beds.

The home is filled with inviting spaces, including a great room with a leather sectional sofa, a fireplace, and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, a double-door fridge with ice maker, and a spacious eat-in dining area. For entertainment, head downstairs to the cozy second sitting area with a poker table or the converted garage which serves as a dedicated game room with a pool table.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Horse Valley Lodge experience. A huge private deck offers beautiful mountain views and plenty of patio furniture for relaxing. You can cook dinner on the gas grill, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, or soak away your cares in the brand new hot tub.

Located in a neighborhood with paved roads, the property is conveniently situated for exploring the local region. Please note that the gravel driveway has a moderate downhill grade.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old
• Pets: Up to 3 mature, well-trained dogs are allowed
• Winter Travel: AWD/4WD and/or chains are highly recommended from November to March
• Smoking: No smoking inside the home; no trace of smoking should be left outside
• Policies: No parties or gatherings above posted occupancy; keep outside noise respectable
• Additional: A signed Rental Agreement is required. Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice ($25 plus tax for two bundles and a starter).
