• House Rules: No smoking (outside/patio only), no drugs (marijuana included), and quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM. Please keep the thermostat at or above 72 degrees and keep windows/doors closed while A/C is running. No unauthorized guests beyond the original booking.
