This expansive home is designed for comfort and style, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 9 guests. The main level is anchored by a King master bedroom suite with a spa-like ensuite bathroom, complete with two separate granite vanities, a soaking tub, and an oversized separate tiled shower. The lower level hosts two additional bedrooms, each featuring a King bed. One of these rooms includes an attached bathroom with its own soaking tub and antiqued wooden vanities. A third full bathroom is located off the game room, thoughtfully designed with a pocket door separating the toilet and glass art sink from the shower area, making morning preparations easy for groups. Additional sleeping capacity is provided in the downstairs den via a Queen sleeper sofa and a rollaway Twin bed.

The heart of the home is the main level great room, where a wall of windows overlooks the peaceful woods and a floor-to-ceiling stone gas log fireplace provides warmth. The chef's dream kitchen is a standout, boasting leathered granite counters, a massive island with three chairs, and stainless steel appliances, including a 6-burner gas range. Entertainment is woven throughout the home, with a pool table in the overlooking loft and a foosball table in the lower-level den.

Outside, the property invites you to immerse yourself in nature. You can relax by the gas fireplace on the deck, enjoy al fresco dining, or soak in the hot tub on the covered lower-level patio. The grounds also feature a scenic stream and a firepit located near the water.

Perfectly positioned just outside Blowing Rock and near Appalachian Ski Mountain, this home offers easy access to local adventures. Please note that guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To maintain the home's quality, this property is not pet friendly and smoking is prohibited inside. During winter months, AWD or 4WD vehicles are required. Guests are asked to observe outdoor quiet time starting at 10:00 PM and must sign a Rental Agreement within 60 days of arrival.
