A signed rental agreement is needed to complete the booking process. Govt issued ID required to complete the booking process. Minimum age to book is 25 years old. $500 security deposit is required. Per local rules, guests must avoid parking, walking, sliding or jumping on the dunes. Guests are not allowed on neighbor's property at any time

SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Short-Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between “Homeowner” and “Traveler” at the time of booking. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:

1. The property is located at:

2210 N Central Ave, Flagler Beach, FL, 32136

2. The property is furnished and includes (but is not limited to) linens, washer and dryer, microwave, oven, grill top, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4 beds, a couch, a dining room table.

3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 10 persons (8 adults). An additional charge or $150 per person per night for guests in addition to 10 (8 adults) will be assessed.

4. Term of the Lease. The lease begins at 4:00 pm on the “Check-in Date” and ends at the 10:00 am on the “Checkout Date”.

5. Rental Rules: “Traveler” agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Exhibit A at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else “Traveler” permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.

6. Access: “Traveler” shall allow “Homeowner” access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. “Homeowner” shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

7. “Rental Costs”

As per “Payment Schedule”.

If applicable, the deposit is for security and shall be refunded within 30 days of the Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to:

i. damage to the property or furnishings; and/or

ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; and/or

iii. any other cost incurred by “Homeowner” due to “Traveler”; and/or

iiii. to cover a cancellation fee. 

If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, “Traveler” shall inform “Homeowner” immediately.

8. Cancellation Policy: If “Traveler” wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/she will be refunded as follows:

"Traveler" can cancel until 30 days before check-in for a full refund including taxes. If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, but after the 24-hour cancellation period, they’ll receive a 50% refund including full taxes. If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, they’ll receive a refund of pro-rated taxes.

9. Insurance: We encourage “Traveler” to purchase travel insurance.

10. Payment: Acceptable payment methods are Credit Card Payments. ‎  ‎By entering into the “Agreement”, “Traveler” agrees that all “Rental Costs” are refundable per the terms in the “Rental Costs” section, and "Cancellation Policy" section, noted above. “Traveler” has the right, and is encouraged to, to purchase travel insurance on their own.

RENTAL RULES

1. Smoking is NOT allowed

2. People other than those in the “Traveler” party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of “Traveler”.

3. This home is privately owned; the “Homeowner” is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The “Homeowner” is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that “Traveler” is expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, do not move furniture, TV's, monitors

5. Only use appliances for their intended uses

6. Pets:  Pets are not permitted. 

7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

8. Toilets: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper.   No feminine/baby products should be flushed at anytime. No items other than toilet paper should be flushed. If it is found that any of these non-flush products have been flushed and caused a clog you will be billed to clear the clog.

9. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms.

10. Parties:  No parties of any kind are allowed. No loud music of any kind is allowed

11. Thermostat: Thermostat is adjustable within a range of 74 degrees to 80 degrees.

12. Sea Dunes:  Per local rules "Traveler" agrees to avoid parking, walking, sliding or jumping on the dunes.
