Parties are prohibited, though other events may be permitted with prior approval.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with advance notification and a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not permitted on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned from the yard. Additional cleaning charges apply if pet hair or waste is found.

Cancellation Policy: 97% refund available during free cancellation period (3% processing fee non-refundable). Additional fees include $100 for excessive trash requiring third-party removal.
