Designed for comfort and ease, the home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with king beds and a third bedroom featuring two built-in Twin XL-over-Twin XL bunk beds. Fresh linens and towels are provided to ensure a comfortable stay.

Inside, the open-concept living area boasts vaulted ceilings, wall-to-wall windows for abundant natural light, and comfortable seating centered around a large flat-screen TV. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a farmhouse-style dining table that seats eight. For a more casual experience, guests can enjoy meals at the kitchen bar or head to the covered outdoor dining area to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Outdoor bliss awaits with a private in-ground pool surrounded by spacious areas designed for gathering. Whether you are starting your morning with coffee, enjoying a BBQ, or rinsing off in the outdoor shower after a day at the shore, the exterior is built for relaxation.

Beach days are made effortless with provided gear, including a beach wagon, eight beach chairs, and two umbrellas. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay (plus tax). Pool heating is available as an optional add-on: $50 per night for 2–5 nights, $287 for one week, or $200 per week for multi-week stays, plus tax. A signed rental agreement is required after booking to receive check-in instructions.
