Booking Requirements & Guest Responsibility

-Guest agrees to cover the cost of any damaged or missing items resulting from their stay.
-Guest acknowledges that the host may require the primary renter to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement prior to arrival. Failure to complete this step may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the stated cancellation policy.

-Violation of either policy incurs a $100 minimum fee per infraction.
Issue Resolution Policy
-Guests agree to promptly notify the host of any concerns or issues upon discovery, and to provide a reasonable opportunity for the host to resolve them.
-Refunds or concessions will not be issued for complaints that are not reported during the stay or that the host is not allowed to address.
-Attempts to retroactively negotiate discounts without giving the host the chance to correct issues are considered a violation of this agreement.
