Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests must be 25 years or older to book. Please note that per Lexington County regulations, any guest count above 6 must consist of children under the age of 5. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home (a $500 fee applies). Pets are not allowed. No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted, and over-occupancy may result in immediate eviction. Please be aware that the driveway is sloped; vehicles with low clearance should utilize the free street parking in front of the home.
