This beautifully designed vacation retreat comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three well-appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed with a Cariloha mattress and adjustable frame, accompanied by an ensuite bath with a garden tub, double sink, water closet, bidet, and a separate ceramic tile shower with a glass door. The second bedroom also offers a king bed with a Cariloha mattress and adjustable frame with its own ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom provides two single beds and a private ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest.

Inside, the spacious interior is designed for relaxation and convenience. While the home is a true gem of coastal living, guests have access to a variety of thoughtful features:

• Air conditioning
• Washer and dryer
• Covered porch for sunrise viewing
• Community heated pool and hot tub
• Private walkway to the coquina sand beach
• Beach gear including six chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards, and a small cooler
• Outside sand hose-off station at the complex entrance

Located in Beverly Beach, a quiet coastal enclave nestled between the laid-back charm of Flagler Beach and the historic allure of St. Augustine, this property offers a peaceful slice of Old Florida. This narrow barrier island is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, perfect for kayaking, cycling, fishing, and boating. Nature lovers can enjoy seasonal sightings of migrating whales, dolphins, and nesting sea turtles.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: One reserved underground space for Unit 109, plus additional outdoor parking
• Age Requirement: Bookings are accepted only for guests aged 25 or older; the primary guest must be present for the entire stay
• Policies: This is a pet-free and smoke-free/vape-free home (smoke residue results in a $500 fee)
• Additional Notes: Guests must complete Rental Information for the COA prior to arrival. Please note there is ongoing beach restoration in a fenced staging area to the south of Oceanside, and demolition of the historic Flagler Pier is scheduled from June 2025 through December 2026 (located two miles south of the condo).
