Upstairs, you will find a second living space complete with a work station and a cozy couch with a chaise lounger. The master bedroom is a standout, featuring a luxuriously large king bed with soft, quality linen and a private balcony overlooking the charming front yard. A third bedroom with a cozy queen bed, dresser, and smart TV is connected via a Jack and Jill bathroom, which boasts a beautiful white shower and vanity.

The main living area is warm and inviting, centering around an electric fireplace and a big screen smart TV with a plush corner sofa. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property (including the outdoor patio), and pets are not allowed. No parties or large group gatherings are permitted. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 8am. Guests must utilize the Guest Portal to sign the Rental Agreement and select either a Damage Waiver or a refundable Security Deposit prior to arrival.
