Before booking this property guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. This is a quiet family neighborhood. Please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM 3 Cars max capacity. 1 in the front and 2 in the back. Please do not park in the spaces in front of other houses. NO parties or events Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed upon number is not allowed.

NO SMOKING: Smoking or vaping of ANY KIND is not allowed. A $200 fee will charged if evidence is found in your home.

Local guests must disclose their residency status when booking. Failure to disclose this information will result in a cancellation by the host. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean No food or drinks in bedrooms

Early check ins or late departures without prior approval not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay.

For awareness: There is 1 security camera and 1 video doorbell in the front and back of the house. It is motion detection and for security purposes. Do not to move any furniture or decorations within the premises.

The minimum age to rent this property is 25 years old. Local residents must contact the host before booking. Guests must truthfully disclose if they are locals or under 25 before confirming a reservation. Failure to disclose this information may result in the host canceling the reservation without penalty or refund obligation. Early check-in is available for a fee of $30 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. We recommend reaching out a day before your check-in date to confirm availability.

Cleanliness & Property Care

Please leave all areas clean and tidy, including washing dishes and keeping the kitchen as you found it. No food or drinks in bedrooms. Do not move any furniture or decorations.

Towels & Essentials

Each guest is provided with one bath towel and one washcloth for the duration of their stay. Additional hand towels are provided in each bathroom. Guests have access to a washer and dryer, and detergent is provided in case you wish to refresh your towels or clothing during your stay Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to extra cleaning fee. We provide a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) etc., If you ran out of them, it's under your responsibility to refill them for yourself.
