For additional guests, the living room includes two comfortable queen-size sleeper sofas, all centered around a large flat-screen TV equipped with Roku for your favorite streaming accounts.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 21 years of age and a signed rental agreement is required.
• Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned from the yard. A non-refundable pet fee applies, and additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet hair or stains.
• Family Needs: A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.
• Cancellation: If cancelled prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, 97% of the payment will be returned (3% is retained by the credit card processor).
