Sleeping arrangements include two spacious bedrooms with Westin Heavenly King mattresses and a third bedroom featuring two luxurious twin extra long (XL) beds. The primary suite offers direct pool access and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom complete with marble counters, dual vanities, and a deep soaker tub with a rain shower head. The second bathroom is also newly renovated with quartz countertops and a rain shower.

Designed for ultimate comfort, the living room boasts a relaxed coastal look with a shiplap feature wall and an enormous 85" LG MicroLED Smart TV. The bright, open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a variety of coffee options, including a Nespresso machine, Keurig, drip coffee maker, and French press.

Outside, the private screened tropical pool area is a true oasis. You can float in the saltwater pool, relax in the spa, or enjoy al fresco dining on the elegant lanai. The property also features a double garage converted into the ultimate rec room, packed with a vintage Pac-Man arcade machine, ping pong, foosball, and arcade basketball.
