• Age Requirements: Guests who sign a Rental Agreement must be 30+ years of age. Families with mixed ages are permitted. For other groups, please inquire. • Rental Agreement: All guests must sign a Rental Agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. No exceptions. The agreement protects both parties. • Pet-Friendly Homes Only: Not all homes are pet-friendly. We will consider one dog. Occasionally, we make an exception for two small to medium dogs, ask before booking.
• We do not allow any other pets besides dogs. Guests approved to bring a dog must sign a Pet Addendum to the Rental Agreement. It is required. • There is a non-refundable pet fee. • Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is at 4:00 pm or later, and check-out is at 10:00 am or earlier. • Communication for Changes: Changes to check-in or check-out are required in writing from Coastal Wave staff in advance. Changes will not be permitted during busier times include spring break, summertime, holidays, the car show, and FL/GA weekend. • Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. • Occupancy: No parties allowed. Under no circumstances will groups larger than the occupancy limit of the home be allowed. • AC: Please don't set the AC to below 70 degrees; it can cause the unit to freeze. If this occurs during a heatwave, AC service may be delayed. • Appliances: We cannot give refunds for the failure of any appliances or machinery. • Furniture Arrangement: Please do not rearrange the furniture. • Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping allowed inside or on the balconies. • Linens: Please bring your own sheets and towels if you plan to use self-tanning products. • Personal Property: Coastal Wave Properties is not responsible for loss or damage to a guest's personal property. • Clean-Up Expectations: Please dispose of trash as instructed in the Guest’s Instructions and remove all items from the refrigerator. Run the dishwasher and start a load of towels in the washer. We don't expect guests to clean; however, if foods that stain are spilled, please wipe them up. • Inclement Weather: Refunds are not provided for inclement weather events, including wind, rain, and tropical storms, and we recommend that guests purchase travel insurance especially during hurricane season. • Natural Disaster: Guests will only be refunded for the number of days of an evacuation order. We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance, especially during hurricane season. • Refunds are not provided for illness or medical emergencies, and we recommend that guests purchase travel insurance. • Maximum Stay is 28 days.
