QCP House Rules:

(1) MINIMUM AGE: You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.

(2) NO SMOKING: If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, marijuana, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred.

(3) NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Parties are prohibited at the home. If unauthorized parties or events take place, we reserve the right to terminate your stay and charge a $500 fee, additional cleaning fees, and any charges for any damages.

(4) QUIET HOURS. This home is located in a residential area. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and you will be required to leave the property immediately without refunds. >Sunday - Thursday 10PM - 7AM

(5) Reservation Policy (unattended guests): Please note that any additional guests staying over your reservation amount will result in an additional fee per person, per night, and cleaning fee, or could result in the termination of your reservation.

(6) DAMAGE: You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay.

(7) TRASH: Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided.

(8) RELEASE: If an issue arises and guests request a refund, we will require guests to agree to a release before issuing a refund.

(9) PET POLICY: Pets are NOT permitted on this property. If you violate our policy, an automatic $350 damage charge will be incurred.

(10) EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT: Upon availability, we will be gladly allow for early check in or late check out for an additional fee. Please contact us for availability.

🛏️ No need to strip the beds – we’ve got it covered! 🧺 Towels & Washcloths – Place all used items in the washing machine with detergent and start the cycle. 🥗 Fridge – Please remove any perishable food items. 🗑️ Trash – Take out all trash and place it in the bin next to the garage. 🚮 Thursday Departures – Kindly roll the bins to the curb for Friday morning pickup. 🍽️ Dishes – Load and run the dishwasher. 🔐 Security – Ensure all doors are locked. 💼 Personal Belongings – Double-check that you’ve packed everything. 💡 Lights – Turn off all lights before leaving. 🧹 Tidiness – No deep clean needed, just leave the space reasonably tidy. 📱 Check-Out Time is 11:00 AM 📩 Let us know when you've checked out – send a quick message through the app or via text.

3 Security cameras are recording at all times on the exterior of the home, including during reservations. There is one doorbell camera, one camera above the garage, and one in the backyard facing the yard.
