We strive to make your vacation the most relaxing it can be, Providing a comfortable and clean environment, Just like home, but at The beach ! There are only a few rules that must be enforced so we can assure the comfort and wellness of all our guests and neighbors.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside this unit, on Balconies or anywhere inside the building. There is a designated smoking Spot near the BBQ area on Tower 4. There are smoke sensors in the Unit and there will be a $1000 fee in case smoking is detected. We don’t want anyone being charged so we please ask for your compliance.

During Turtle season, after 9PM we kindly ask you to dim down the Living room lights (Relax Mode ) and shut the bedrooms shade. The City Of Marco island enforces that to ensure high-rises are not blasting bright lights at the sea shore.

It’s totally fine to keep the balcony doors open and enjoy the sea breeze, but due to excessive air humidity, the Air Conditioner will condensate quickly and elevate the risk of damaging the HVAC system. To avoid that, if any balcony door is open for an extended amount of time, the HVAC system will stop until the doors are shut. Keep in mind that the system may take several hours to achieve cool temperatures after lots of hot and humid air enters the unit.

Luggage and shopping carts are not permitted inside the unit. Please take care when rolling luggage inside the unit.

Please wash down beach goods when returning from beach, this helps keeping building and unit free ( or almost free… ) of sand.

Consideration for other residents with regards to noise or other disturbance is very important in a large hi-rise community. Please make every effort to conscientiously reduce noise in quiet hours.

Generally speaking, please leave the condo in the same condition it was given to you. Guests will be liable for damage on furniture, walls, electronics, appliances as well as permanent stains and other things that requires deep cleaning / repairs.

There is a 7-day minimum stay, also there is a one-time $100 Registration / Parking fee within the building upon check-in. . Early Check-In and late Check-out may be available, please let us know and we’ll try to accommodate.

Although most Airbnb guests are aware, it’s important to remind our future guests that we are not like a Hotel, that provides room service such as cleaning, daily towel swaps, unlimited supplies etc. every guest is responsible of getting extra Shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc after the given supply is finished. We supply enough for a couple of days, so guests don’t have to go grocery shopping the same day the arrive. Laundry Rooms in every floor are available for use, you would have to pay a couple of dollars at the machine for each cycle and bring your own soap.
