A pet fee of $70 will be charged ONLY IF you bring pet (s). This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair, smells, etc are removed so the next guests have a clean property to enjoy. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee.

We only provide one set of towels per person (one bath towel and one washcloth). A washer, dryer, and detergent are available in the house should you wish to refresh your towels during your stay."
