Before booking this property guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. This is a quiet family neighborhood. Please refrain from outdoor noise from 8:00 PM - 9:00 AM. A pet fee of $90 will be charged ONLY IF you bring pet (s). This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair, smells, etc are removed so the next guests have a clean property to enjoy. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. No parties or events

Early check-in requires preparing the property ahead of schedule, which involves additional effort. Our cleaning and maintenance team prioritizes early check-ins to ensure the space is spotless and ready for your arrival before the standard time. Early check-in is available for a fee of $30 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. We recommend reaching out a day before your check-in date to confirm availability.

Please do not exceed the listed capacity of the home. Additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed-upon number is not allowed. Any guests found staying at the house over the agreed number at the time of reservation will be charged a $150/night fee. NO SMOKING: Smoking or vaping of ANY KIND is not allowed. A $400 fee will charged if evidence is found in your home. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean No food or drinks in bedrooms Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. No Illegal substances. If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair. Locals must contact the host before booking There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in the rental rate, but we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Use appliances only for their intended uses. Household items (towels, utensils, games, etc.) are not to be removed from the Property. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: The rental period begins at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check ins or late departures without prior approval will incur an extra charge of $100. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile.

This rule is strictly enforced For awareness: There are 2 exterior security cameras in the property: 1 located at the front door and 1 located at the driveway Both are motion detection and for security purposes. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. Do not to move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to extra cleaning fee. We only provide one set of towels per person. We provide a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) etc., If you ran out of them, it's under your responsibility to refill them for yourself.
