Discover the cozy charm of Peony Pearl, a quaint cottage nestled on Bay View just off San Marco in beautiful St. Augustine, Florida. This inviting retreat offers a peaceful escape while keeping you close to the heart of the city's historic magic.

This home is thoughtfully configured with 2 bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The interior is designed for relaxation, featuring a living room with a comfortable sofa and a TV for your entertainment. The bathroom is well-appointed with a standing shower and is stocked with essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and toothbrushes, with two sets of towels provided per bed.

The kitchen is a functional space equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and a full set of plates, bowls, cups, and utensils, along with complimentary coffee and tea. To maintain optimal sanitation, spices are not provided, so guests are encouraged to bring their own favorite seasonings. Outside, you can enjoy a large side yard with a shared garden, though please note that this area is not fenced.

Location is everything at Peony Pearl. The cottage is conveniently located just one mile north of the iconic St. George Street and only 1.5 miles from the beach, making many of the city's best attractions easily accessible by a short walk.

Practical Details & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Free street parking is available in front of the house. Please avoid parking next to yellow curbs; parking on the opposite side of the driveway near the yellow parking blocks is highly recommended, especially for groups with more than 2-3 vehicles.
• Pets: Up to two dogs are permitted for a $50 cash fee per dog (not added to the reservation). Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times. No cats or other animals are allowed. Service animals must not be left alone or a pet fee will be charged.
• Policies: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside (violators face a $250 fine), though smoking is permitted outdoors away from the home and doors. For your comfort, please keep doors closed to keep bugs out.
• Access & Security: The cottage is located at the rear of the property (Door 4). Outdoor security cameras are active on the premises. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.
• Entertainment: There is no cable; however, guests can connect their own streaming services to Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+.
