The sleeping arrangements include two spacious bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with a queen bed. For added versatility, the home also includes a semi-private sitting room with a comfortable sofa that converts into an additional king bed. The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, boasting a king bed, a TV, and a private bathroom, with direct access to the sunroom.

Inside, the one-level living space is bathed in natural sunlight. The spacious living room invites you to relax by the stacked stone gas fireplace with a big screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features updated appliances, a coffee bar, and a convenient pass-through window that connects the cooking area to the dining room, where the table seats up to eight. For entertainment, a large sunroom houses a foosball table and huge sliding glass doors that open to the outdoors.
