The master bedroom is a private retreat with a king bed, walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are equipped with queen Murphy beds, which can be easily stowed away during the day to maximize living space. The fourth bedroom is a unique sun room located at the back of the house, featuring two sets of bunk beds and a pull-out double sofa couch. Guests can access this space either through the second bedroom or via a separate entrance from the backyard.

Inside, you will find a spacious and modern kitchen with a table that seats six, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole group. The living room is anchored by a very comfortable couch and love seat, paired with a large flat-screen TV offering Netflix and Amazon Prime. For recreation and convenience, the garage houses a ping pong table and laundry facilities. Outside, a 4-burner grill awaits in the backyard for open-air dining.

Located in a quiet neighborhood on the border of Sanford and Lake Mary, the home is ideally situated. Mayfair Meadows Golf Course is right across the street (0.8 miles), and a large community pool is just a couple hundred yards away. You are only 1.9 miles from the Lake Mary Sports Complex and close to Trailblazer Park, malls, and shops. The location is perfectly central: 20 minutes to the Springs, 30 to Winter Park, 35 to Universal and I-Drive shopping, 40 to Disney, and 45 minutes to the beaches.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: Driveway only (holds 4-5 vehicles); street parking is prohibited and will be towed by the neighborhood.
• House Rules: No pets allowed. No drugs (including marijuana). Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM.
• A/C Guidelines: Please do not set the thermostat below 72 degrees and keep windows and doors closed while the A/C is running.
• Guest Policy: No additional guests beyond the original booking are permitted without prior agreement.
• Fees: A $200 refundable security deposit is required. For bookings made for 6 people, there is a charge of $10 per person, per night for each additional guest added after the initial booking.
