• Communal pools, hot tubs, and resort facilities are operated by the HOA — neither the property manager nor the owners are responsible for refunds if they are closed for any reason
• Early check-in and late check-out are not included and are subject to availability; additional fees may apply — contact us in advance if interested
• Long-term stays are welcome
• Pets are not allowed; evidence of an animal during or after your stay will result in additional cleaning fees
