The NYC and London bedrooms each offer a cozy queen bed and ceiling fans for added comfort. For the kids or extra guests, the Bunk/Game Room is a highlight, featuring two bunk beds (four twin beds total), a seven-foot comfy couch, and an array of entertainment including a seven-foot air hockey table and Ms. Pac-man and Mortal Kombat arcade games.

The heart of the home is the living area, which boasts a handcrafted farmhouse table seating eight and a large sectional couch. For those who love to cook, the full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig. Outside, you can unwind in the large fenced-in backyard featuring a private fire pit.

Located in a very quiet neighborhood near the border of Sanford and Lake Mary, the home is centrally situated close to stores, malls, Trailblazer Park, and the Lake Mary Sports Complex (1.9 miles). Golf enthusiasts will love having Mayfair Golf Course right across the street, and a community pool is within easy walking distance. The location offers convenient access to Florida's top attractions: the Springs are just 20 minutes away, Winter Park is 30 minutes, Universal and I-Drive shopping are 35 minutes, Disney is 40 minutes, and the beaches are 45 minutes away.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Parking is permitted in the driveway only (fits 3-4 vehicles), as the neighborhood will tow cars parked on the street. Guests must observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please note that drugs (including marijuana) are strictly prohibited, and a $250 deep cleaning fee applies for violations. Additionally, the thermostat should not be set below 72 degrees, and windows and doors must remain closed while the A/C is running.
