Tucked away in a safe neighborhood, this multi-family house features central AC and a window unit in each room. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, and complimentary coffee and tea. The bathroom includes a standing shower, along with shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and plush towels. Outside, a shared side yard with a garden provides a relaxing respite. Pets are welcome, with a $35 cash fee per dog (limit 2). Smoking is strictly prohibited, with a $250 fine for any odor detected inside. For your stay, you'll enter through the front door marked #1. Free street parking is available, but avoid the yellow curb or restaurant area to prevent tickets. Guests may occasionally hear sounds from the neighboring units, as this is a shared space.
