We will contact you as soon as possible to review any necessary changes. No Smoking: Smoking inside will incur a $500 cleaning fee. Pets: ADA service animals are welcome. Pets are allowed in specific units with an additional daily fee. Unauthorized pets in restricted units will incur a $500 cleaning fee. No Illegal Activities: Keep it legal and safe, or you’ll need to leave without a refund.
