The main level features an open floor plan highlighted by a wall of windows and a floor-to-ceiling stacked stone gas log fireplace with a mounted 50” TV. The kitchen is outfitted with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and both a Keurig and classic drip-style coffee maker. The main floor also hosts a peaceful green-themed master suite with a King bed, ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom featuring double vanities, a tiled shower, and a separate bathtub.

Downstairs, the entertainment continues in a spacious theater room with a 50” HDTV and BluRay player, alongside a Berringer pool table. A second master suite with a wild birds theme offers a King bed and access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. For additional flexibility, a sitting room off the hallway provides a daybed with a trundle underneath.

• Winter Access: 4WD or AWD vehicles (and potentially chains) are required during winter months; no refunds are provided for lack of proper vehicle preparation.
• House Rules: No smoking inside or outside, no parties or gatherings above posted occupancy, and do not leave food or trash outdoors to avoid attracting wildlife.
