Building Rules

No more than 6 persons (regardless of age) in one unit overnight.

Sea Winds is a 7-day minimum rental building.

All owners, renters and day guests must register at the office upon arrival to retrieve their parking pass.

Vehicles must have a registration parking pass, or they will be towed at owner's expense.

Common areas must not be obstructed with personal items. This includes all breezeways.

Nothing can be swept, discharged or hung from any balcony or window.

Occupants shall not use premises in any manner that would be disturbing to others. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Quiet time is in effect from 10pm-8am. Behavior which would be considered offensive or inappropriate in any civilized community is strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in warning, police notification, and/or fines.

No Smoking is allowed in elevators, lobby or pool deck.

Cover up and footwear are always required anywhere inside the common areas of the building including the elevators and lobby.

Skateboards, scooters, roller blades, ball playing, or the like are not allowed anywhere on Sea Winds property.

No one may misuse elevators or buttons. This will cause the elevator to shut down.

Use the kitchen garbage disposal to discard your soft non-fibrous food.

Place all trash in plastic bags and tie securely before dropping in the trash chute. Dumpsters are located on the north side of the property for larger or recyclable items.

No grilling permitted on/in Sea Winds property or beach.

Do not feed the birds. Close doors or screens to avoid birds flying into units.

No pets are allowed anywhere on Sea Winds property.

Boats, trailers, jet skis, horse trailers and recreational vehicles are strictly prohibited. Reckless or dangerous driving on the property will not be tolerated.

Please adhere to all pool rules on sign located by pool and in our resident guide.

During the months May 1"-Oct 31 we will be under the "Sea Turtle Alert"

All balcony lights must be off by 9pm until 7am. Pull drapes or shades on all windows to shade the lights on the beach. Failure to abide carries fines from $500 and is strictly enforced.

Renters and guests are financially responsible for any damages caused to any common area of the property, Damages caused to individual rental units will be handled by owners/rental agents.

Luggage and grocery carts are not allowed in or through the lobby. Please use north or south side ramps.

No illegal drugs of any kind are allowed anywhere on Sea Winds property. If violation is suspected,Police/Sheriff Depts, will be called immediately.

To maintain building security, door codes are for owner use only. Please do not pass these out.

Security Deposit of $300 due 2 days before arrival and will be processed directly by host on guest's credit card. Deposit to be refunded (less charges) within 14 days of departure. Guest must sign rental agreement. Sea Winds charges a $50 registration/parking fee. Max occupancy of 6 (includes children). Minimum age to rent is 25. NO events/parties. NO pets. NO smoking. Check-In at 4 pm / Check-Out at 10am.
