The owners provide regular and precautionary treatment for pest control and animal control. Although we clean, sanitize, and treat the property on a regular basis, no amount of prevention can 100% eliminate the possibility of an encounter. Guests agree to hold the owners harmless for encountering any pests or critters whether outside or inside the property. The owners will make every effort to address pest control concerns reported during stay, but are not responsible for refunds due to the presence of pests or in the event of untimely service by pest control companies.

We recommend Travel Insurance.

To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase trip insurance. Guests with COVID-19 are not allowed to stay on the property.

The credit is valid for 6 months from issuance and may be applied toward any available date at any of our properties. If the cost of the new stay exceeds the credit amount, the guest is responsible for any additional amount due. The credit will not be given in the form of a refund.
