Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation! ⌘ For new AirBnB/VRBO/Other Platform users, please note that we are not a hotel and you are booking a one of a kind, privately owned property, hosted directly by the owner. ⌘ Quiet time is between 10PM and 7AM. ⌘ To be eligible to book as our responsible guests, please ensure you have uploaded your Government issued ID, selfie & mobile phone number to complete your AirBnB/VRBO/Other Platform profile. ⌘ This living space is designed to be comfortable for a maximum of 8 persons only. ⌘ No Parties or gatherings ⌘ A live wireless CCTV with remote server is installed just outside the door to verify guest identities and number of occupants. Only the number of guests listed on the AirBnB/VRBO/Other Platform are allowed. ⌘ Do not touch the decor. Kindly respect our property and do not move any furniture, decor, or remove any items on the property. ⌘ We keep inventory of items stored on site. Loss of any items on our property, large or small will be reported as theft and may be mentioned on your review. AirBnB/VRBO/Other Platform will reserve the rights to charge your credit card for any lost or damaged items from our property. ⌘ As in AirBnB/VRBO/Other Platform terms of service: 11.1 As a Guest, you are responsible for leaving the Accommodation (including any personal or other property located at the Accommodation) in the condition it was in when you arrived. You are responsible for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of any individuals whom you invite to, or otherwise provide access to, the Accommodation, excluding the Host (and the individuals the Host invites to the Accommodation, if applicable). ⌘ Smoking and vaping is allowed in the driveway near the mailbox and is not allowed anywhere else on the property. A fee will be assessed if there is evidence within the property. ⌘ No dirty shoes within the house. ⌘ Do not touch any of the BARE canvas prints on the walls! If once it is stained, it will be permanently damaged. ⌘ Please acknowledge that occasionally, we or other guests may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks when it's available. In our intentions we try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. ⌘ Check-In time is between 4p and 8p. Most of the time we can accommodate after 8p please ask. ⌘ Early Check-In is available with host permission, , the charge is $20 per hour ⌘ Late Check-out is not always available as we will arrive shortly after 10 AM to prepare the space for our next incoming guest, if available the charge is $20 per hour ⌘ Overstay Fee. As in AirBnB/VRBO/Other Platform Term of Service point 8.2.2 If you stay past the agreed upon checkout time without the Hosts consent, you no longer have a license to stay and you agree to pay fees up to 2 times nightly fees paid by you to cover the inconvenience suffered by the host plus other fees. ⌘ Again, because this is an AirBnB/VRBO/Other Platform community not a hotel, please be respectful of our personal property and keep it as clean as you first enter it. It will be very clean on your arrival, and I ask that you leave it neat and free of rubbish on your departure. ⌘ Pool Heat is $30/Night ⌘ An extra charge will incur for Pool Heat please ask the host if you would like this added to your stay, it is recommended from October through April. ⌘ The Pool Heater is set at 85 degrees Fahrenheit, increasing the temperature beyond this is not allowed and may place additional wear and tear on unit. Fee may be assessed if it is found to be changed. ⌘ No Glass bottles or breakable foodware is allowed near the pool, please use the plastic dishes provided. ⌘ Please wash all dishes used before departing. ⌘ Remove any sand from items placed in washer outside before putting in washer. ⌘ Please place dirty towels in washer. ⌘ Garbage/Recycling is every Monday, Thursday Morning please put trash cans out front Sunday, Wednesday Night and bring back to the side of the house the following evening. ⌘ Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations ⌘ Trip Insurance is highly recommended, especially since Florida is known to have severe storms and hurricanes, refunds will not be given due to weather or any other issues. ⌘ Pets are not allowed on furniture. ⌘ Pets must be crated when guests leave the premises. ⌘ Pet poop must be picked up from the property regularly and must be completely picked up before checkout. ⌘ Only 2 pets allowed and must be approved by owner. ⌘ Pet Fee is $250/Pet per stay, or $30/pet/night whatever amount is lesser. ⌘ Pet owners must comply with all local laws and regulations. ⌘ Any violations of house rules will result in either evictions, charges, fines, and/or loss of deposit at the discretion of the host. ⌘ We stock a starter amount of supplies (toilet paper, trash bags, soap, etc) for your stay, you will need to purchase extra items especially if you have a longer stay beyond 2 days. ⌘BBQ is provided guest is responsible for filling propane or charcoal if needed. ⌘ Trip Insurance is highly recommended, especially since Florida is known to have severe storms and hurricanes, refunds will not be given due to weather or any other issues. ⌘ A damage deposit is required from the guest. ⌘ No parking in the grass ⌘ No refunds will be given if an amenity is not working or malfunctioning, we will diligently work to get it back up and running. ⌘ Please inform the host if anything breaks or is damaged, or is broken or damaged, any damage unreported we will assume it was guests fault and they will be charged for the repair. ⌘Same day or last minute bookings may require later check in then the standard 4P time please inquire about checkin time. ⌘ Guests are required to sign and agree to house rules.
