Failure to adhere to checkout times results in $50 fines per 30-minute violation. This is a non-smoking property with a $500 fine plus mitigation costs for violations. Pet policy allows one dog maximum 30 pounds with $125 fee (not included in booking price). Property includes 16 steps to lower-level unit. Parking for 2 vehicles with required display passes. Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM strictly enforced. No parties, events, or furniture rearrangement permitted. Strict vehicle restrictions include no dually trucks, commercial vehicles, oversized vehicles, or trailers except boat trailers. Parking pass violations subject to fines.

- A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
- Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
RESORT RULES: (Fines will be issued for not following these rules) • NO DUALLY TRUCKS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. • NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES WITH SIGNAGE PERMITTED. • DO NOT BACK INTO PARKING SPACES. • No bumper or hitches can be extended over the sidewalk. • Parking pass must be filled out and displayed in vehicle(s) at all times throughout your stay. Guests are subject to fines if the completed pass is not displayed. • No items can be above the bed of the truck or cars. This includes toolboxes, kayaks. • No over-size vehicles. • No trailers other than boat trailers allowed in the designated trailer parking. Trailer parking is available in the designated parking area only and MUST have the yellow circle pass hanging on their trailer. No cars/trucks can be parking in this area and they must be in between the lines. • There is NO boat launch or slips available at this subdivision. The closest place is Port of Kimberling Marina aka What's Up Doc.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
