• Security Deposit: A $500 hold is collected on arrival and released 3 days after checkout, pending no damage
• Access: Self check-in via door code
• Important Notice: Exterior construction is scheduled on the opposite half of the building from November 6, 2026, through February 5, 2027. Guests should expect construction-related noise, dust, and equipment on the property during this time.

Cancellation Policy:

• 10% of the booking fee is non-refundable upon confirmation
• 61+ days before reservation: 90% refundable
• 31-60 days before reservation: 50% refundable
• Within 30 days: No refund
