1. Flora & Fauna Disclosure
We pay for regular pest control, but being in a subtropical climate near the river, occasional sightings of outdoor-living insects may occur.

If you notice more than one live pest indoors, please let us know immediately so we can arrange extra treatment if needed.

Lifeless critters are a sign our pest control is working.

Please keep windows and doors closed as we cannot be responsible for insects or wildlife entering the home if left open.
1. Cleaning Policy
Please treat the home respectfully.

Excessive mess beyond normal use (stains, trash left outside bins, non cleaned spills, etc.) may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Please report any spills or damages promptly.
1. Parties, Gatherings, and Guests
No parties, events, or unregistered guests are allowed without prior written approval.

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect neighbors.

Violations may result in immediate booking termination and additional fees.
1. Property and Amenity Use

Misuse or damage to furnishings or amenities may result in repair or replacement charges.
