This home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The main level offers a master suite with a king bed and television, as well as a second bedroom featuring a lovely wood and scrollwork queen bed. For additional sleeping space, the upper-level loft provides two twin beds. The master is complemented by a private bath with a walk-in shower, and a second full bath serves the rest of the home.

Inside, the open living area keeps you connected to the outdoors with views overlooking the river. On chilly days, you can relax in comfortable furnishings by the custom gas fireplace or enjoy a movie on the flat-screen television. The open kitchen is equipped with tiled counters and a backsplash, making meal preparation a snap.

Step through the French doors to a covered porch with a porch swing—the ideal spot for morning coffee as the mist rises off the water. The property is surrounded by a flat yard, perfect for children and grandparents alike, leading directly to the river where you can fish, wade in the shallow rocks, or simply soak your feet after a day of exploring.

Located in historic Valle Crucis, you are just minutes from the original Mast General Store and the popular Valle Crucis Park. The cabin is also a convenient starting point for visiting downtown Boone, Blowing Rock, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Grandfather Mountain. For winter sports enthusiasts, the slopes at Appalachian Ski Mountain and Sugar Mountain are just a short drive away.

• Pets: Up to 2 mature dogs are allowed (pets other than dogs are not permitted).
• Restrictions: Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve. No smoking inside or traces left outside. No parties or gatherings above posted occupancy.
• Winter Access: 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter months; guests are responsible for arriving prepared for winter weather.
• Additional: A signed Rental Agreement is required. Firewood bundles are available for purchase with a week's notice.
