On the main level, you will find a comfortably furnished living room where leather furniture is arranged around a stone gas fireplace and a mounted HDTV. The kitchen and dining area, accessed by a few stairs, boasts marble floors and counters, and a dining table for 6 framed by windows overlooking the forest. Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a King bed and double doors opening to the deck, a second bedroom with a Queen bed, and a semi-enclosed upstairs loft featuring a Full bed, an HDTV, and a pull-out queen-sized sleeper sofa.

Step outside to the fully enclosed deck to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. This outdoor space is equipped with a gas grill, a patio dining set, and a pair of wicker chairs, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Pets: Up to 2 mature dogs allowed (maximum 50 lbs each)
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old
• Winter Travel: 4WD/AWD vehicles or chains are required during winter months; no refunds are provided for lack of proper vehicle preparation
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the home and no trace should be left outside
• Additional Policies: No parties or gatherings exceeding occupancy; no food or trash left outside; guests must sign a separate Rental Agreement within 60 days of arrival
• Security: One exterior floodlight camera is located facing the driveway
