Sleeping arrangements are designed for flexible group stays, accommodating up to 10 guests. The layout features one private king bedroom on the main level, a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area, and a lower-level flex space ideal for kids and cousins featuring four twins and a queen murphy bed. The home includes one full bathroom on the main level and a convenient half bath on the lower level.

The centerpiece of the property is the spacious indoor recreation center. This all-weather hub is perfect for staying active and connected, featuring basketball, pickleball, volleyball, ping pong, carpet ball, and various games and arcades, alongside comfortable gathering areas for all ages.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Small, well-trained dogs permitted with advance notice and permission (limited to 2 dogs that know each other); $150 fee per dog, per stay. Dogs must be leashed outside.
• Restrictions: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home or gym. No parties permitted.
• Events: Small gatherings under 75 people require prior approval and additional fees.
• Safety: Security system with smoke/CO detectors and two exterior security cameras with audio in the parking and fire pit areas.
• Note: Please respect the privacy of the other home on the property and do not feed or pet the horses located in the lower-level barn area, which is not for guest use.
